General Information Before You Apply

1. Minimum lease term is six months.

2. The application fee is $35 plus $20 for each additional person over the age of 18 living in the home.

3. A background check is required on each person over the age of 18 living in the home. (Feel free to ask any questions about this up front so there are no surprises.)

4. All homes, including recreational vehicles (RVs), must be skirted, with hitches covered or removed.

5. Pets are allowed except certain dog breeds: (For more information, please see the detailed rules and regulations in the “For residents” area of this website.)

6. Lot rent is currently $445 a month. (This is subject to change.)

7. Occasionally, we have homes available for rent or sale. The rent or price for each home is different.

8. All utilities are paid by the resident.

9. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent (lot and home rent if applicable) is due upon signing of the lease and related documents.

10. Rent is paid in advance upon signing the lease. If you move in during the month rather than at the beginning, your rent will be pro-rated.

11. Each resident is responsible for maintaining their own lawn.
